Nancy DeFauw - Partner
After a successful corporate career, Nancy has dedicated herself to
improving the philanthropic efforts of others. She has done work for
The Enterprise Foundation, Novartis, The Greater Cincinnati
Foundation, Cisco Systems Foundation and the Committee to
Encourage Corporate Philanthropy. Nancy was most recently the
Vice President of Client Services at B2P, a software and services
firm that helps Funders and Nonprofits measure the impact of their
investments in social change. Nancy led the Funder Division at
B2P. Prior to B2P, Nancy's professional experience focused on
providing customer analytics and predictive modeling in support of
profit-yielding customer-lifecycle marketing for Fortune 500 clients.
Nancy spent two years as President of Analytic Innovations, LLC. As
President, she had direct oversight of the daily operations of Client
Services, Analysis, Modeling and Data Infrastructure. Prior to that
role, she held several positions with Analytic Innovations, including
COO, Director of Client Services and Data Analyst. Nancy graduated
with dual B.A.s in History and Economics from Knox College
(summa cum laude with honors), and has served on that
institution's Board of Trustees.
Jay Stocki - Partner
Jay has more than 14 years experience in strategy development and
process execution. Jay was most recently President of the Nonprofit
Division at B2P, a software and services firm that helps Funders
and Nonprofits measure the impact of their initiatives. Jay began
his career with Andersen Consulting - first in process reengineering
and then in strategy development. After Andersen, Jay held
management positions at nVidia, Corio, and Yahoo. Jay has an
MBA from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Computer
Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He also
serves on the board of the Wender Weis Foundation for Children.
