Nancy's journey from Knox College with dual majors in history and economics led her to a boutique firm specializing in consumer behavior analytics.  Always balancing the science with the art, Nancy both crunched the numbers and helped clients act on them with clear, plain findings.   In the process, she learned how to leverage IS and design processes to deliver results quickly and efficiently.  She then moved on to build a new class of web applications for foundations and nonprofits to quantify their social impact.  And now to today - bringing together all of these disciplines, along with management expertise, an appreciation for what drives business, and a desire to do better, PPG is celebrating 16 years of "listen, design, build."
